The adult talent needs to have a modern/memorable look and natural beauty.
Ie: freckles, gap teeth, cool eye color etc
ALL TALENT MUST BE BASED IN TORONTO, CANADA
or surrounding areas — production not paying for travel, lodging etc
ROLES:
1. female age 28-40 (4 talent will be chosen for this role)
2. male 28-40
3a. girl child age 8-10 (guardian that will be in charge of the booking must also fill in the form)
3b. mom (35-45) and child (7-10) duo
4. hand models female “medium skin tone”

USAGE:
Materials: Unlimited materials in connection with the campaign, includes all lifts, edits, versions, derivative and ancillary assets, stills, and translated/localized versions. During the Term, Client and Agency, and others acting under Client’s authority, shall have the right to use, distribute, reproduce, dub, modify, transcreate, translate, edit, delete, add to, combine, display and/or exhibit (including via artificial intelligence for all of the foregoing) Performer’s Performance hereunder, including any stills taken and/or lifted from any and all footage, video, recordings, photographs and outtakes, in all ways, in any manner, in the following media:
DigitalStills(inclusive of screengrabs):for use in digital, social, and industrial formats, excluding all print, which Agency/Client may elect to exercise per the below options.
Print (e.g., included but not limited to magazines, newspapers, collateral, point of sale), on billboards, banners, transit, and in other outdoor media, etc.)
Buyout is not guaranteed. Buyout is only payable if talent’s performance remains in the final asset.
Industrial(e.g.,cinema/theatrical;non-broadcastuse,salesvideos,tradeshows,in- store, stadiums, in-flight, jumbotrons, trade shows, sales meetings, places of public assembly, external meetings, PR, etc.)
Internet/NewMedia/Streaming(e.g.,ClientandAgencyownedandoperatedwebsites, Internet, social media and third-party websites, emails, other digital, interactive and new media (wireless and mobile, devices, podcasts, streaming/CTV and OTT, pre-roll and cinema, product description pages etc.)
Corporate/Internal/Self-Promotion(e.g.,anyandallpublicrelations,press,internal meetings, case studies, self- promotional, award submission and archival purposes in any and all media now or hereinafter invented in perpetuity worldwide.
