5’9-6’2 ~ aspirationally fit, athletic
Description: ARI embodies a new kind of masculinity: Strong and wholesome, athletic but graceful, both powerful and playful. Our ideal ARI is an actor who can fully embody the range of emotion we need for the spot. He has a fit, aspirational body, an expressive face, and is able to move athletically, naturally, and gracefully. Someone with a background in dance or gymnastics would be ideal.
Open to both local + nonlocal talent (Toronto locals prioritized)
TALENT FEES AND TERMS
Session Fee(s): One session fee payment of $950.00 USD to be paid for up to twelve (12) hours of work per Shoot Date(s). Performer agrees to appear in an unlimited number of creative executions during the Shoot Date(s).
– Performer agrees to attend (prior to shoot) a fitting session to be paid a fee of $100.00 USD for up to three (3) hours.
– If required, Performer agrees to attend (prior to shoot) a rehearsal session to be paid a fee of $650 USD for work (up to 8 hours).
– If requested, Performer agrees to provide their own wardrobe and will receive a stipend of $50 USD.
Usage Fee: A fee of $10,000.00 USD to appear in an unlimited number of creative deliverables with all edits, lifts, and versions thereof across the Peloton brand media.
– Cancellation Fee: In the event of cancellation, a one (1) time fee of $500.00 USD shall be paid if Performer’s services are cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Shoot Date(s).
– Agent Fees: Agent fees will only be due if the Performer has agent representation identified and listed on the talent contract and shall not exceed 20% of all above fees.
Usage Terms: Materials: Client shall have the right to create from the product of your services at the Shoot Date(s) an unlimited number of advertising, marketing, and promotional/publicity Materials of any kind, including, but not limited to, audio/visual commercials, digital assets, behind-the-scenes, social, etc., each with unlimited lifts, edits, and versions (collectively, the “Materials”).
Term: 1 year from first date of public use of the Materials in the Media with Client’s authorization; estimated first day April 27, 2026 (to be confirmed). Perpetuity for all owned channels and archival purposes.
– Option 1: Extend Usage for (3) additional consecutive months for $3,000.00 USD
– Option 2: Extend Usage for (6) additional consecutive months for $6,000.00 USD
– Option 3: Extend Usage for (1) one additional year for $11,000.00 USD
– Option 4: Include Digital OOH Usage for (1) one year for $2,500.00 USD
Territory: Worldwide
Exclusivity: Fitness Equipment/Accessories
Media: Any and all forms of media now known or hereafter devised without exception, including but not limited to TVC, OTT, Social Paid + Owned, Cinema, Industrial, and third-party usage rights for any and all partners and for news media outlets for public relations use.
– In addition, during or after the Term, the Materials may be used anywhere in the world by
Client and/or Agency for Intra-company, research, award, file, reference, internal company
meetings and/or publicity purposes (including without limitation, on an archival portion of
Client’s and Agency’s website), and may remain on social media and YouTube in perpetuity
provided that Deliverables may not be re-promoted or reposted after the Term.
