ARCHIVE PROJECT HOME: duo and family

We are looking for solos, duos, and families for a lifestyle photoshoot in whistler.

* SOLO application form is on another link titled: PROJECT HOME solo applications

DUOS: 2 people with real chemistry, friends, partners, coworkers, adventure buddies
age 30-40
FAMILIES: families of 3 or 4 with 1 or two children aged
guardians age 30-40
kid(s) age 6-12
* ALL FAMILIES!!!!

VIBE:  We are open to people with all experience levels with winter activities/sports. If talent has experience with any of the following please mention that in your application.
ice skating, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, dog sledding
* there might be a scene in a hot tub
* also no experience is fine!

SIZING: no preference

TIMING:
Casting: March 7 – 12
V1 deadline for submissions: March 12 noon
V2 deadline for submissions: March 15 noon
*** ideally everyone applies by march 12 
Confirmations: tbd
Fitting: mar 29 in whistler
Shoot: mar 30 + 31 in whistler

LOCATION: WHISTLER
Travel/lodging rates/budget is available for talent from Vancouver.

RATE:
Session $800.00 (10 hour day) (some ppl will have one day some 2)
Usage $ 5000.00
Fitting $75/hour
– %15 af if applicable

TYPE OF SHOOT: stills only

USAGE:
Unlimited worldwide use for digital for 3 years.  
Third-party channel advertising for 3 years including print for catalog, company magazines, coupons, and OOH in Canada only.  Rights exclude print, outdoor, and broadcast advertising.

2) WE TRANSFER US PHOTOS+VIDEO
*** every photo/videos file name needs to be the duo name or family name

PHOTOS
– 3-6  photos of everyone or the duo together
– a few photos taken day of application of each person head to toe wearing plain clothing
*** make sure your images are web size not high res
*** only photos  taken on the day of application will be considered 

INTRO VIDEO
– film this video on your phone
– everyone in the group needs to say:
–  name, age, height, horoscope sign, your agency (if u have)
– say why everyone loves winters in bc
